摘要
高校"产学研"一体化培养创新人才的主流模式有校内实践基地、校外实习基地、科研与推广项目、订单培养、校企合作办学、服务区域经济的定向培养,同时还衍生出了吸引社会力量参与校园文化建设、双导师制、企业专项奖学金设置、校企搭建竞赛平台等模式。主流模式和衍生模式均存在"产学研"一体化进程缓慢、缺乏制度保障、重理轻文、重技术培养轻思想教育等问题,这些问题的解决有赖于政府搭建合作平台、学校完善管理制度、校企共同重视学生思想素质和人文素质培养。
The integration of education,research and industry,a mainstream model of cultivating innovative talents,involves on-and-off-campus internship bases,research and promotion projects,order-based training,college-enterprise cooperation,and training oriented to regional economy,along with sidelines modes of communities’ participation in campus culture,double tutor system,enterprises’ special scholarship,joint contest platforms,etc.However,such issues exist with these major and minor models as slow integration,deficient institutional guarantee,science-first concepts and practice,and technique-centered education ignorant of ethical instruction.To tackle these problems,special platforms should be staged to strengthen the cooperation among governments,universities,and enterprises to perfect relevant policies in order to improve the cultivation of students’ moral and humanistic qualities.
