摘要
以8种常见的潮汕凉果为材料,用盐酸乙二胺比色法和紫外分光光度法分别测定这8种凉果的硝酸盐和亚硝酸盐的含量。结果表明:在被调查的8种凉果中,亚硝酸盐含量均在正常水平内,而硝酸盐含量普遍超标。
Taking eight kinds of common preserved fruits of Chaoshan as the material, determineed the contents of the nitrate and the nitrite in these preserved fruits with hydrochloric acid ethylene diamine color method and ultraviolet spectrophotometric method. The results indicated that, the content of the nitrite in these several kinds of preserved fruits was in the normal level, and the nitrate was universally exceed standard.
