摘要
目的了解陕西省眉县农村居民的健康相关生命质量及其主要的影响因素。方法利用"病有所医与中国健康保障系统研究"项目的基线调查资料,对EQ-5D量表的调查结果进行分析。结果农村居民的自评健康得分77.1,偏低;分别有20.2%、12.7%的农村居民感到疼痛/不适、焦虑/沮丧;影响农民健康状况的因素为年龄、文化程度、慢性病情况。结论加强农村居民健康促进工作,重点是文化程度低的患慢性病的老年人群。
Objective：To find out the health - related quality of life of rural residents and its influencing factors. Method： Using the data from ＂Study on ＇illness can be access and Chinese health insurance system＂ ,we analyze the result with EQ- 5D rating scale. Results： The health index 77. 1 is lower, 20.2% and 12.7% residents had the feelings of pain/discomfort, and anxiety/depression. Conclusion： We should strengthen the health promotion among rural residents, especially the old people with less schooling and chronic diseases.
