摘要
通过添加铍和稀土,得到了着火点温度提高约250℃、可直接暴露在大气中熔炼的镁合金,其力学性能与AZ91D接近。扫描电镜观察和X射线衍射分析表明,阻燃镁合金表面氧化膜由原来单一MgO组成的疏松结构转变为由MgO、BeO和Al2O3组成的复合致密结构,具有很好的阻燃效果。
Abstract By the addition of Be and RE,the ignition temperature of ignitionproof magnesium alloy was raised 250 higher than that of AZ91D,it can be melted in air and its mechanic properties approach that of AZ91D.The results of analysis using SEM and XRD indicated that the oxide film on the surface of ignitionproof magnesium alloy can change from loose construction of simple MgO to compact composite construction consisting of MgO,BeO and Al\-2O\-3,which has excellent ignitionproof effect.
