摘要
系统论述了区域水资源承载力的概念、内涵及其特性，构建出区域水资源在载力的指标体系、发展模式。
The concep contents and features of the carrying capacity of regional water reso urces are discussed in a systematic way and its index system and development mod el are constructed.Finally the research arrangement of the carrying capacity of the regional water resoarces is suggested.
