摘要
目的:与砷剂作比较观察狗牙髓直接封蟾毒制剂、蟾酥制剂后的组织学变化。方法:实验动物采用狗,在光镜下观察标本。结果:封药1~4h,砷剂与蟾酥制剂组牙齿牙髓血管扩张、充血明显;封药1d,砷剂组牙齿冠髓坏死,根髓小血管破裂、出血,蟾毒制剂组牙齿冠髓组织严重水肿、细胞变性,但根髓出血较少;封药3~5d,砷剂组牙齿牙髓呈出血性坏死,蟾毒制剂组牙齿牙髓以液化性坏死为主,而蟾酥制剂组牙齿兼有上述两种变化特征。结论:砷剂对牙髓的损伤以血管毒性为主,蟾毒制剂以原生质毒性为主,而蟾酥制剂兼有上述两种毒性作用。
Aim:
To investigate the changes of dog pulp after directly applying toad-poison and toad venom in
comparison with arsenic. Methods: Six dogs were used for this experiment, and the
specimens were observed by light microscopy. Results: After arsenic and toad venom
dressing for 14h, obvious dilation and hyperemia in pulp capillaries were observed. After
dressing ld, necrotic alterations in coronal pulp and disrupted hemorrhage in root pulp
capillaries were observed in arsenic group. The changes in toad-poison group included severe
connective tissue edema of coronal pulp, degeneration of pulp cells as well as hemorrhage in
root pulp capillaries. But the hemorrhage in toad-poison group was less than that in arsenic
group. After dressing for 35d, the main pathologic changes included necrosis with hemorrhage
in pulp of arsenic group and necrosis with liquefaction in pulp of toad-poison group. All of the
two pathologic changes could be observed in toad venom group. Conclusions: The injuries of
arsenic to dental pulp mainly represented angiotoxicity, toad-poison mainly destroyed the cell
protoplasm, and toad venom had the two toxicities.
