摘要
目的研究mdr1基因在肾癌组织中的表达状况。方法应用逆转录聚合酶链反应(RTPCR)技术检测20例肾癌和5例正常肾组织mdr1基因mRNA的表达。结果85%(17/20)的肾癌和100%(5/5)的正常肾组织表达mdr1mRNA。结论肾癌mdr1基因的高表达是肾癌耐药的重要原因,检测mdr1基因表达可为临床化疗药物的选择提供依据。
PURPOSE To study the expression of mdr 1 gene in renal cell carcinomas(RCC). METHODS The reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT PCR) was used to detect expression of mdr 1 mRNA in 20 RCC and 5 normal kidneys. RESULTS The mdr 1 mRNA was expressed in 85%(17/20) of RCC and all the 5 normal kidneys. CONCLUSIONS The high expression of mdr 1 gene in RCC might be an important factor of its drug resistance.Detection of mdr 1 gene expression in RCC could provide a basis for clinical selection of chemotherapeutic drugs.
