摘要
网络环境下公共图书馆特色服务工作，是目前公共图书馆界研究热点之一。本文提出了对图书馆特色馆藏与特色服务关系及特色馆藏建设的思考。
Abstract The characteristic services work under the network environment is a focal point of research in public library circles. This paper discusses the relations between the characteristic library collection and services.
