病例-情境模拟教学法在《消化及内分泌系统疾病护理》教学中的应用

摘要 目的探讨病例—情境模拟教学法在《消化及内分泌系统疾病护理》教学中的应用效果。方法 2009年9月在本院校2008级(全日制大专二年级护生)教学中,采用病例导入—情境模拟教学方法。授课结束后采用问卷调查法了解教学的效果。结果 70.5%的护生课程考核成绩达到良好;96.2%的护生认为该教学法活跃了课堂气氛,85.9%认为激发了学习兴趣,84.6%认为锻炼了自学能力,80.8%认为有利于锻炼与病人的沟通能力,80.8%认为巩固了已学的知识。结论病例—情境模拟教学法在巩固护生基础理论的同时,注重其综合素质和能力的培养,其可缩短护理理论与临床实践的距离,从而增强护生对护理专业的兴趣,有利于护生更好地适应未来医院的实践工作。 Objective To explore the application of case-orientation and situational imitation in the teaching of Nursing of Digestive and Endocrine System Diseases.Methods The teaching methodology of case-orientation and situational imitation was used in the course for the nursing students of Grade 08 in September 2008.A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the teaching effect.Results 70.5% of the nursing students achieved better scores in the course examination.96.2% of them thought the methodology made the classroom full of funs and 85.9% thought it stimulated their interests in the course learning and 84.6% thought it helped them to enhance their ability for self study.Conclusions The methodology of case-orientation and situational imitation can not only fortify the theoretical fundamentals of nursing students,but focus on the cultivation of comprehensive their comprehensive quality and ability,and bridge the nursing theory and clinical practice so that they can reinforce the interests in the major of nursing and better adapt themselves to the future work in a hospital.
