摘要
目的:研究郑州地区大肠埃希菌产超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBLs)基因型分布。方法:收集郑州大学第一附属医院、第三附属医院检验科细菌室2007年至2008年分离的产ESBLs大肠埃希菌138株,采用PCR技术进行ESBLs型别检测。结果:138株大肠埃希菌中共检出TEM(102株)、SHV(87珠)、CTX-M-1(42株)、CTX-M-14(66株)、CTX-M-25(9株)、CTX-M-38(6株)、OXA-1(12株)和OXA-20(3株)8种型别,其中以TEM型最为多见(74.9%)。同一菌株可携带1~5种ESBLs基因型别,1种基因型别中TEM为多见(13.0%),2种基因型别中以SHV+CTX-M-14为多见(10.9%),3种基因型别中以SHV+TEM+CTX-M-1为多见(10.9%),4种基因型别中以SHV+TEM+CTX-M-1+CTX-M-14为多见(8.7%),5种基因型别为SHV+TEM+CTX-M-14+CTX-M-25+CTX-M-1(2.2%)。结论:郑州地区ESBLs基因型别以TEM型为主,同一菌株可携带多种型别ESBLs。
Aim:To study the extended spectrum β-lactamases(ESBLs) genotype distribution in producing ESBLs E.coli in Zhengzhou.Methods:A total of 138 strains of producing ESBLs E.coli collected from the first and third affiliated hospitals of zhengzhou university during the years 2007 and 2008.The ESBL gene were detected by PCR.Results:Eight types ESBLs of TEM (102 strains),SHV(87 strains),CTX-M-1(42 strains),CTX-M-14(66 strains),CTX-M-25(12 strains),CTX-M-38(6 strains),OXA-1(9 strains),OXA-20(3 strains)were identified in 138 strains.1,2,3,4 or 5 types ESBLs were found in 1 strain.TEM(13.0%),SHV+ CTX-M-14(10.9%),SHV+TEM+CTX-M-1(10.9%),SHV+TEM+CTX-M-1+CTX-M-14(8.7%),SHV+TEM+CTX-M-14+CTX-M-25+CTX-M-1(2.2%)were the most popular type of ESBLs in 1 strain which contained 1,2,3,4 or 5 types ESBL,respectively.Conclusion:The most popular type of ESBLs from E.coli is TEM type in Zhengzhou,and more kinds ESBLs type could consist in 1 strains.
