摘要
目的探讨PICC导管置管的最佳体表定位方法。方法将100例需行PICC置管的患者分为实验组50例和对照组50例。实验组采用"一字法"测量置入导管长度,对照组采用常规"横L法"测量置入导管长度,比较2组患者的置管成功率及机械性静脉炎的发生率。结果实验组PICC管置入上腔静脉的成功率高于对照组(χ2=7.86,p<0.01);对照组患者的异位导管机械性静脉炎发生率高于实验组患者(χ2=6.73,p<0.05),差异均有统计学意义。结论采用"一字法"体表定位较为准确,可提高PICC管置入上腔静脉的成功率,减少并发症的发生。
Objective: To figure out the better boy surface locating method of PICC. Methods: 100 patients who were going to use PICC were randomly divided into two groups. Control group with 50 patients measured the implanted length of catheter by using regular "L" method, while the intervention group with 50 patients measured by using "-"method. The success rate of PICC and mechanical phlebophlogosis rate were compared with the two groups. Results: In general, the success rate of PICC of intervention group was higher than that of the control group (χ^2=7.86, p〈0.01). The mechanical phlebophlogosis rate of the control group was higher than that of the intervention group (χ^2=7.86, p〈0.01). Conclusion: Measuring the implanted length of PICC by using "-"method was a more precise method, which could increase the success rate of PICC and decrease the rate of complications.
