摘要
本文立足于新形势下军队传染病医院的工作特点,结合国家卫生部"十一五"规划及解放军第三〇二医院"十五"期间科研工作发展的实际,对医院科研训练管理的信息化进行了研究分析,并对其在军队传染病医院科研项目管理中的创新及应用进行了探讨,提出了科研训练信息系统在军队传染病医院科研项目管理中的发展思路等观点,为提高军队医院科研项目管理水平提供指导性建议。
Based on the work characteristics of the military infectious disease hospitals in the new situation, and combined with the ＂Eleventh Five-Year Plan＂ of the Ministry of Health and the actual development of scientific research of 302 hospital of PLA during the ＂Tenth Five-Year Plan＂ period, the authors conduct a research and analysis of the informationization of scientific research training and management in the infectious disease hospitals, discuss the innovations and application in scientific research project management of military infectious disease hospitals and put forward the developmental views and ideas about scientific research training information system in the application to scientific research training and management in the infectious disease hospitals, so as to provide the guidance for the improvement of scientific research project management in the military hospitals.
