摘要
三叉神经痛是在面部三叉神经分布区短暂的、反复发作的剧烈性疼痛。疼痛可由正常的刺激所诱发。三叉神经痛从病因学的角度可分为原发性三叉神经痛和继发性三叉神经痛两类。目前治疗原发性三叉神经痛的方法很多，但尚无统一标准。本文就目前常用的微创方法及进展做一综述。
Trigeminal neuralgia is characterized by short-lived, paroxysmal and severe pain in the distribution of trigeminal nerve. From the perspective of etiology, trigeminal neuralgia can be di- vided into idiopathic trigeminal neuralgia and secondary trigeminal neuralgia. Currently, there are many treatment methods for idiopathic trigeminal neuralgia, but there is no uniform standard. This article reviews the advances of minimally invasive surgical procedures for idiopatic trigeminal neuralgia.
