摘要
目的了解未婚大学生性行为及避孕方式现状,为高校开展性健康教育提供理论基础。方法采用《大学生性行为调查问卷》对黑龙江省三所综合性大学1 500名大学生进行无记名问卷调查。结果约40%以上的学生不反对性解放,30%学生认为在校期间可以同居或有婚前性行为,其中23%学生有婚前性行为,但只有15%的学生清楚什么是安全的避孕措施。结论高校、家庭和社会需要给予大学生全面的性健康教育包括性安全教育。
Objective To investigate the current situation of sexual behavior and contraception among unmarried college students, in order to give theoretical guideline to sexual health education in colleges. Methods Self-filled questionnaire was conducted anonymously among 1 500 unmarried college students in three comprehensive universities in Heilongjiang province. Results More than 40% of the students didn＇ t oppose sexual liberation. About 30% of the students thought that cohabitation or sexual behavior during college education period before marriage could be accepted, and 23 % of these students had sexual behavior before marriage, but only 15% of the students knew the safe contraceptive measures clearly. Conclusion The school, family and society should perform a appropriate sexual health education on the college students, including sex security.
