摘要
露天铁矿台阶爆破是露天铁矿生产作业的重要一环。调整爆破参数、改进爆破方法是不同地质条件下爆破优化的主要方式。通过某矿生产实践表明,在适宜的地质情况下针对不同的岩性(如辉长岩等),可适当地调整台阶爆破参数,以最大可能地减少孔数,并合理选择微差时间和起爆方向以控制应力波叠加峰值,简化钻孔装药作业,提高生产效率。
The bench blasting is a very important step in the daily produce of open pit iron mine. Adjusting the blasting parameters and improving the balsting method, which used to reduce the cost and improve the blasting effect, are the main methods of the blasting optimization at different geological conditions. According to practical results, the blasting parameters of different rocks on the suitable geological condition can adjust to relatively reduce the numbers of the hole and to promote the productivity with simplifying work, and the millisecond time and detonation orientation are selected to control the peak value of the superposition of two hole blasting stress.
