摘要
探讨纯棉合股双向强捻纬二重织物的生产技术要点。通过优选纱线蒸纱工艺、采用以淀粉浆为主的浆料配方、合理控制浆纱温度和浆纱张力,重点解决了浆纱时因纱线捻度过大而造成的绞断问题,使织机效率由30%提升至85%,产品入库一等品率由不足50%提高至96%。
Technology key points of producing pure cotton ply bi-direction hard twist double-wefted fabric were discussed. Yarn steaming processing were optimized, starch was used as main sizing instruction, sizing temperature and sizing tension were controlled rationally, reeled yarn breakage caused by larger yarn twist in sizing were resolved as one key problem,finally loom efficiency could be increased from 30% to 85%, percentage of first grade product could be increased from less 50% to 96%.
