摘要
在当前经济快速发展与就业形势日趋严峻的前提下,高校做好大学生职业生涯规划工作具有特别重要的意义,然而当前的职业生涯规划存在着"不及时、不到位、不合理"的想象。要确立职业生涯规划教育的主导思想,进行四年不断线的生涯主题引导教育,创新职业生涯规划教育途径,充分发挥大学生自我教育作用,从而增强大学生就业的指导性。
On the premise of current rapid economic development and the increasingly grim employment situation,it is of particular significance for colleges to do well in the Career Planning of college students,however;there ex-ists the imagine which is＂not timely,not thorough,unreasonable＂in the current Career Planning.We should es-tablish the dominant ideas of Career Planning education,carry on the guidance education on the subject of career for four continuous years,innovate the methods of Career Planning education and give full play to the function of college students’self-education,thereby enhancing the Career Guidance of college students.
