摘要
文章基于"半导体物理学"课程的特点,分析了如何从教学环节入手进行课程教学,从而提高教学的有效性。
Based on the features of Semiconductor Physics course in university of technology, this paper aims at discussing the teaching method and improving the teaching effectiveness.
