摘要
暂堵转向重复压裂技术是提高油层挖潜水平的有利手段。文章通过对聚合物浓度、预胶联浓度、第二交联剂浓度、破胶剂浓度系统的研究,确定转向重复压裂暂堵剂ZFJ主要配方组成:2.5%~3%聚合物A+聚交比为70:1的预胶联+0.8%~1.2%第二交联剂+0.2%~0.35%破胶剂X。评价了暂堵剂ZFJ耐酸碱性及抗盐性能和对不同渗透率、缝宽地层的暂堵和破胶情况。实验研究表明暂堵剂ZFJ有较好的耐碱和抗盐性,有一定的耐酸性能够满足暂堵转向重复压裂要求。
The temporary blocking refracturing technique which is diverted water flooding is an advantageous approach to enhance oil recovery.The concentration of polymer,pre-glue,the second cross-linking agent and gel breaker have been investigated systematically.The components of main formula of refacturing temporary blocking ZFJ were given as follows:Polymer A(2.5%-3%)+ pre-glue with the ratio of polymer and cross-linking agent is 70:1+ the second cross-linking agent(0.8%-1.2%)+gel breaker X(0.2%-0.35%).The resistant to acid and alkali,salt-resistant properties and the ability of temporary blocking and gel breading of ZFJ were evaluated under the different permeability and fracture width.The experiment results indicated that the temporary blocking agent ZFJ has strong ability to resist salty,alkali and acids,and also,it can meet the requirements of the temporary blocking and refracturing.
