摘要
针对焊接系统有些焊接工艺要求负载电流恒定的特性,分析了一种基于恒流控制的全数字控制方法,其实现方法是对焊接工件的负载电流通过电流传感器采样,然后通过DSP来闭环运算控制SCR导通角的大小,从而改变负载电压的输出去控制焊接电流。该数字控制主要针对电网电压的波动以及负载特性的变化时,通过改变输出电压来确保负载电流的恒定。理论分析和实验结果表明,该方法能有效的控制焊接电流恒定,达到满意的效果。
