摘要
目的建立肿瘤科双模式随访系统,实现出院患者健康档案数字化管理。方法在Windows XP环境下使用Visual C++6.0为开发工具,利用电话语音卡、语音合成平台、短信平台等技术,建立一套能实现出院患者健康档案数字化管理的肿瘤科双模式随访系统。结果肿瘤科双模式随访系统实现了定时提醒管理员需随访患者名单,进行自动满意度调查,发送和接收短信并自动存入对应患者资料库中等主动随访功能;并实现了记录出院患者的来电、录音及自动提示随访护士等被动随访功能;系统还提供了健康资料管理、统计报表、多条件数据检索、导出Excel等辅助功能。结论肿瘤科双模式随访系统功能齐全,操作简单,维护方便,规范了肿瘤患者随访工作,可提高随访工作效率。
Objective To develop a dual follow-up system in oncology department,and to fulfil digital management for outpatients′health data.Methods The program was compiled in windows XP by using Visual C＋＋ 6.0,telephone voice card,voice synthesis tool,and short message platform were used to develop the dual follow-up system in oncology department for management of outpatients′digital health data.Results The system achieved such active follow-up functions as reminding manager of patients′ list periodically,investigating patient satisfaction automatically,sending and receiving short messages,and recording messages in patients′ database;it had passive follow-up functions,including recording patients′ call messages and reminding nurses automatically;it also provided such functions as managing health documents,offering statistical sheet,multiple condition database searching,exporting Excel worksheets.Conclusion The dual follow-up system is of complete functions,simple operation procedures,and convenient maintenance.It standardizes follow-up for oncology patitnes and improves efficiency of follow-up.
