摘要
为考虑悬架连杆等结构的弹性变形对悬架K&C性能的影响,提出了一种基于衬套的离散化弹性部件多体动力学建模方法;以某奇瑞车型的多连杆后悬架拖曳臂建模为例,分别采用柔性体建模、非线性梁建模和衬套离散化建模三种方法,进行仿真分析,并将分析结果与试验结果进行对比,验证了该建模方法的可行性和使用性。
A new method,named Bushing Discretization Modeling Method,is used for the MBD model building of suspension flexible part,in order to consider the effect of part's flexion on KC characteristics in suspension system simulation activities.The flexible parts are discretized into several sections connecting with specially defined bushing.The method is verified feasible and applicable in the KC simulation of a Chery-car's rear multi-link suspension by comparing with two other normally used modeling method.Some greatly concerned suspension parameters are also validated and proved by a KC testing.
