摘要
本文以我国主产烟区的292份烤烟样品为例,系统地分析了钾、氯、钾氯比与感官质量的相互关系。结果表明:①50.34%的样品钾含量<2%,38.36%的样品烟叶氯含量<0.3%,9.93%的样品烟叶氯含量>0.8%,钾氯比的平均值为7.12±5.51。②钾氯比>8时,氯含量偏低是造成钾氯比偏高的主要原因;钾氯比<4时,烟叶的灰色和燃烧性均较差,且与其他三组的差异达到显著水平,钾氯比与评吸指标的相关性最大;钾氯比为8~12时,评吸总分最高,低分群比例在4个组中比例最低,高分群比例在4个组中比例最高,钾氯比与评吸指标的简单相关系数均为正相关。
292 samples of flue-cured tobacco leaves from several primary tobacco-growing areas of China were used as materials to analyze the relationship between potassium content,chlorine content,ratio of potassium to chlorine and sensory quality.The results indicated that:(i) The content of potassium less than 2 percent accounted for 50.34 percent,the content of chlorine less than 0.3 percent accounted for 38.36 percent,the average ratio of potassium to chlorine was 7.12±5.51.(ii) Low levels of chlorine led to high ratio of potassium when the ratio of potassium to chlorine was more than 8.Ash and burning conditioner were significantly lower when the ratio of potassium to chlorine was less than 4.The ratio of potassium correlated significantly to sensory quality.Total smoking score were higher when the ratio of potassium to chlorine was from 8 to 12.There existed the lowest proportion samples with low smoking score,while the samples with high smoking score took the highest proportion.The ratio of potassium had positive correlation with sensory quality.
