基于电润湿技术的液体微透镜研究进展 被引量:4

Current development in liquid micro-lens based on electrowetting technology

摘要 阐述了电润湿技术的概念、基本理论及其在光学透镜方面的应用机理,综述了电润湿微液体透镜的研究进展及应用前景,指出了基于电润湿技术液体透镜面临的主要问题和今后的研究方向。 It deals with the basic concept and theory of Electrowetting technology and the principle of Electrowetting applied to optics micro-lens. Review the current development in liquid optics micro-lens based on Electrowetting technology and the widely applications prospects of the micro-liquid lens. The major obstacles for Electrowetting technology applied to opitcs is pointed out,and the works we should study in the future are also presented.
