自体脂肪移植临床原则与问题 被引量：50

摘要 经过20余年的广泛实践和研究，基于现有的大量报道，特别是较高的临床满意率，可将自体脂肪移植的现状归纳为：虽仍有一些基本问题尚未清楚，但自体脂肪移植技术能够治疗和解决多种临床问题，已成为整形外科医师的常规治疗手段和必备技术。同时，学者们也需继续加强相关研究，以使自体脂肪移植技术能从“经验和手艺变为科学”。因为从循证医学角度看，目前自体脂肪移植仍只能确定一些原则，而具体方法的统一，疗效的把握，尚需更多研究和数据的支持。也就是说，从现象到本质，仍有距离需跨越。
