摘要
目的定量评价自体脂肪填充面部年轻化的效果。方法对30例自觉面部衰老的患者进行自体脂肪填充，并应用Angel软件进行手术前、后的定量测量评价。结果本组共30例患者，术后1个月、6个月随访，疗效维持，两颞点在外眦水平的连线上平均增加2．9mm，鼻唇沟至瞳孔间距平均缩小1．5mm，下面部弧度平均增加10°。结论本组患者的平均年龄为47．5岁，经自体脂肪注射填充，在术后6个月内能有效地提升面部皮肤，是一种安全的面部年轻化技术。
Objective To quantitatively evaluate the effect of facial rejuvenation by autogenous fat grafting. Methods Thirty patients of facial aging treated with autogenous fat grafting were quantitatively evaluated by measuring preoperative and postoperative photos with Angel software. Results Thirty cases were satisfied with long-lasting effect and such improvements as the average 2.9 mm increasing of bilateral temporal points on the level line of lateral canthus, the average 1.5 mm decreasing of the distance between the nasolabial fold and pupil and the average 10° raise of lower-face radian after 1 - 6 months following up. Conclusion The patients＇ mean age was 47.5 years. Autogenous fat grafting is a safe and effective technique for face rejuvenation with effectively facial lifting at the 6 months postoperatively.
