摘要
以一联三跨连续弯梁桥更换支座为例,针对弯梁顶升时的受力和变形特点,提出支座更换顶升施工控制的原则及方法。以此为基础,探讨该桥顶升施工的三种可行方案,通过有限元仿真分析,比较得出推荐方案。本桥按推荐方案进行施工和控制,应力及变形状态监测结果表明推荐方案可行,施工实施效果良好。
Taking the example of bearings replacement for a three-span continuous curved girder bridge,principles and methods of construction control for lifting to changing bearings are proposed in view of the mechanical performances and deformation characteristics when the curved girder is lifted.Three possible lift construction procedures of this bridge are investigated based on principles and methods,and the recommend procedure is suggested through Finite Element simulation analysis.This bridge is constructed and controlled according to the recommend procedure,the stress and deformation survey results show that the recommend procedure is practicable, and the construction implement is successful.
