摘要
近代以来,中国社会发生的急剧变化凸突显了传统与现代的关系问题。"断裂"概念虽然抓住了中国社会急剧变化这一基本特征,但对其变化过程的处理相对简化。一方面,"断裂"概念难以把握变与未变、现代与传统之间双向、动态的缠绕与纠结;另一方面,它未能标示出中国传统文明与"外源性"现代文明之间的异质性和历史落差。要克服"断裂"概念的局限并从而对当代中国问题有一个真切的把握,就必须看到传统与现代文明之间的"异质落差式互动"。
Since modern times, the question of the relationship between traditional and modern civilization has been outstand by the rapid changes of society in China. The fracture conception does grasp the base characteristic of China society which is undergoing a rapid change, but it seems to simplify the process of social change. On the one hand, the fracture conception is hard to grasp the bidirectional and dynamic winding and tangle between the tradition and the modern. On the other hand, it fails to reveal the heterogeneity and historic fracture between the Chinese traditional civilization and the modern civilization which is exogenous. To overcome the limitation of the fracture conception and to grasp the question of contemporary China so- ciety, should pay more attention to the heterogeneous and dropping interaction between traditional and modern civilization.
