摘要
目的探讨音乐疗法对心胸外科患者心理状态的影响。方法将80例心胸疾病患者随机分为观察组40例和对照组40例,对照组实施常规护理,观察组在此基础上由专门培训的医护人员实施音乐干预。干预前后采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)对两组患者进行评估。结果干预后观察组SDS、SAS值与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论音乐疗法可以明显改善心胸外科患者心理状态,减轻患者的抑郁焦虑情绪。
Objective To evaluate the impact of music therapy on psychological states of the patients in the cardio - thoracic surgery department. Methods 80 cases with heart disease were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group and the control group （40 cases in each）. The patients in control group were treated with conventional cares, while the ones in the observation group were treated with music interventions additionally implemented by the professionally trained medical staff. The psychological states of all the patients were evaluated before and after the interventions with self - rating depression scale（SDS） , and self- rating anxiety scale （SAS）. Results There were statistically significant differences between the SDS and SAS values in the patients of the observation group and of the control group （ P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Music therapy could significantly improve the psychological states of patients in cardio - thoracic surgery department, and to reduce the depression and anxiety.
