摘要
关节软骨损伤后自身修复能力有限,而现有各种治疗方法存在着很多问题,通过对关节软骨修复机制的研究可以寻求到更理想的治疗方法。现从关节软骨的结构和功能、组织工程修复及修复过程中相关生物大分子的作用等方面简述国内外在研究关节软骨损伤修复机制领域的进展,并提出软骨修复机制研究中存在和需要解决的问题。
The repair capacity of articular cartilage is limited after injury. Therefore, there are many problems in existing treatments. Advanced treatment can be obtained by studying the mechanism of the articular cartilage repair. This article reviewed the structure and function of articular cartilage, tissue engineering repair, and the role of the related biomacromolecule in repair process,and put forward existed problems to be resolved in this field.
