摘要
恶性肿瘤患者机体免疫功能有不同程度的降低,抗肿瘤免疫反应主要是细胞免疫,其中T细胞起主导作用。放射治疗是恶性肿瘤的主要治疗手段之一,但目前有关肿瘤放射治疗与T细胞亚群检测的系统研究比较分散。现着重介绍放射治疗对肺癌、鼻咽癌、子宫颈癌、脑瘤、大肠癌患者免疫功能的影响及碳离子射线、质子射线、常规X线对T细胞亚群和淋巴细胞增殖影响的研究进展,为放射治疗过程中合理使用T细胞亚群检测结果评价免疫功能和制订更合理的综合治疗方案提供策略和理论指导。
Patients with malignant tumor immune function have different degrees,anti-tumour immune response is mainly the cellular immune,T cells play a leading role.Radiation therapy is one of main treatments for malignant tumor,but at present,the systematic studies of radiotherapy and T lymphocyte subsets detection is dispersive.Based on introduction of nasopharyngeal carcinoma radiotherapy for cancer,and cervical cancer patients with colorectal tumor,and immune function and carbon ions rays,X rays,conve ntional proton beams of t-cell subsets and lymphocyte proliferation,the research progress on the effects of radiation treatment process for the rational use of T cells of the immune function and the testing results of assessment for more reasonable treatment scheme provides strategies and theoretical guidance.
