With the development of pulp and paper industry,people have paid great attention to the operation cost.The reason of rapid development of Shandong Sun Paper Joint Stock Co.,Ltd.is that it is doing well in keeping quality and saving cost.For example,the Tian Zhang PM19（width 4950mm,speed 1300 m/min） is one of the large paper machines,it made fairly progress in saving cost by process optimization in the last five years,and the cost of starch surface sizing has been reduced 42.1%.And it is at the advanced level in the world in terms of the cost of starch surface sizing.
