摘要
目的了解农村寄宿制学校领导对学生营养状况的认识和需求,为改善寄宿制学校学生营养状况提供依据。方法于2008和2009年采用方便抽样的方法,对13省(直辖市)下属29个县(市)的78所中小学校中的105名校领导进行访谈调查。结果低收入地区约50%的寄宿制学校每日为学生提供2餐,学生每周能吃1~2次肉类,蔬菜品种单一,牛奶摄入量较低;50%的学校提供开水(或桶装水)。超过50%的学校食堂实行承包制,食堂面积较小,硬件设备不齐全。多数学校未设专门的健康教育课,未配专业的健康教育教师,仅以班会、黑板报等形式开展营养知识教育。大多数学校没有采取因地制宜的措施为学生提供食物。结论学校领导普遍认识到改善农村寄宿制学校学生营养是提高学生体能和促进身体发育的关键,但缺乏相关人员缺乏营养知识方面的培训应及时开展这方面的工作。
Objective To investigate the perceptions and needs of leaders towards nutritional status of students in primary and middle boarding schools,and to provide evidence for improving the nutrition status.Methods One hundred and five leaders from 78 primary and middle schools of 29 cities/districts/counties in 13 provinces were surveyed using focus group discussion technique in 2008 and 2009.Results In low income areas,50% boarding schools provided two meals a day for the students,the students could eat meats for 1-2 times a week,the kinds of vagetables were simple and the intake of milk was less.About 50% schools provided boiled water(or barreled water).More than 50% dining hall were contrated,with small space and uncompleted instrumments.Most of the schools didn't give the health education to the students and without professional health teachers,which instead of class-meeting and blackboard-paper.Most schools didn't provide foods according to the status of local.Conclusion Most of the leaders have realized the importance of students' nutritional status.There are still a lot of difficulties to be overcome in this field.
