摘要 当今世界经济发展中,经济全球化已是大势所趋,经济全球化给各国利用全球资源、积极参与全球竞争带来了前所未有的机遇。作为经济全球化进程的主要载体,跨国公司在其中扮演着最活跃、最具影响力的角色。
