摘要
[目的]为栀子中药成分的开发利用提供科学依据。[方法]利用微波消解技术对栀子果实进行前处理,采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定其中B、Ca、Co、Cr、Cu、Fe、K、Mg、Mn、Na、P、Se、Si、Zn的含量。[结果]栀子果实中微量元素含量丰富,各元素的浓度与其发射强度呈良好的线性关系;14种微量元素的平均含量由高到低依次为:K(12032.75μg/g)、Ca(7206.17μg/g)、Mg(4229.13μg/g)、P(1624.70μg/g)、Na(96.12μg/g)、Fe(81.08μg/g)、Si(26.78μg/g)、Mn(18.71μg/g)、B(17.11μg/g)、Cu(6.32μg/g)、Zn(5.49μg/g)、Se(2.14μg/g)、Cr(1.52μg/g)、Co(0μg/g)。[结论]该研究建立了微波消解-ICP-AES法测定栀子中微量元素的方法,该方法快速、准确、分析精度高。
[Objective] The study was to provide the scientific basis for the development and utilization of Chinese herbal medicinal ingredients gardenia.[Method] The fruits of gardenia were pretreated by microwave digestion.The contents of B,Ca,Co,Cr,Cu,Fe,K,Mg,Mn,Na,P,Se,Si,Zn in the fruits were measured by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry.[Results]The contents of trace elements in the fruit of gardenia was high.The concn.of each element had linear relationship with its emission intensity.The average content of 14 kinds of trace element in order was:K (12 032.75 μg/g),Ca ( 7 206.17 μg/g),Mg (4 229.13μg/g),P (1 624.70 μg/g),Na (96.12 μg/g),Fe (81.08 μg/g),Si (26.78 μg/g),Mn (18.71 μg/g),B (17.11 μg/g),Cu (6.32 μg/g),Zn (5.49 μg/g),Se (2.14 μg/g),Cr (1.52 μg/g),Co (0 μg/g ).[Conclusion] This study established a method of measuring trace elements in gardenia by microwave digestion-ICP-AES,and the method was rapid,accurate with high analysis accuracy.
