摘要
[目的]调查老窝河底栖动物资源状况。[方法]在2007年4、11月,调查了老窝河大型底栖动物资源。调查采样依据海拔高度变化设置了5个断面,共计40个样本。[结果]采集到底栖动物20种,其中节肢动物17种,占总种数的85%,以水生昆虫为主;软体动物2种,占总种数的10%;扁形动物1种,占总种数的5%。老窝河各断面秋季底栖动物的平均密度高于春季,春、秋季各断面的平均密度均以LWH1、LWH2、LWH3断面高。生物量与密度变化大体相似。LWH1、LWH2、LWH3断面的多样性指数、均匀度和丰富度高于LWH4和LWH5断面。[结论]老窝河海拔高度的变化影响了底栖动物种类分布的格局,使底栖动物密度、生物量均有不同程度的变化。
[Objective] The research aimed to investigate the macrobenthos resource in Laowo River.[Method] In April and November,2007,the macrobenthos resource in the Laowo River were investigated.Five sections were set based on elevation changes,and 40 samples were collected.[Result] 20 species of fauna were collected,including 17 kinds of arthropods dominated by aquatic insects,two kinds of molluscs,1 species of Platyhelminthes,accounting for 85%,10% and 5%,respectively.The average density of benthos in cross-section in autumn was higher than that in spring.In spring and autumn,the average densities of LWH1,LWH2,LWH3 were higher than those of other sections.The change of the biomass was similar to that of the density.All the diversity index,evenness and richness in LWH1,LWH2,LWH3 were higher than those in LWH4 and LWH5.[Conclusion]The distribution pattern of benthic animal species in Laowo River was affected by altitude variety,and the density and biomass of benthic animals were changed obviously.
