摘要
目的介绍局麻下微型横切口善释D10补片Bogros间隙置入法治疗斜疝的手术方法。方法采用局麻下实施微型横切口善释D10补片Bogros间隙置入法治疗腹股沟斜疝103例。结果手术时间27～55min,平均33minb,术后平均住院时间32h,皮肤无需缝线,随访1周至2年,平均8个月,无1例出现手术并发症和疝复发。结论微型横切口善释D10补片Bogros间隙置入法治疗斜疝效果好,损伤轻,恢复快,操作简便,切口微小美观,完全可以达到微创目的 。
Objective To introduce the method of implanting EasyProsthesis D10 patch in Bogros＇ space to treat indirect hernia with a miniature transverse incision under local anesthesia. Mehtods 103 inderct hernia cases were treated by implanting EasyProsthesis D10 patch in Bogros＇ space. Results Operation time was from 27 to 55 minutes,the mean time is 33 minutes. No case had occurred complications and relapses. Conclusions Implanting EasyProsthesis D10 patch in Bogros＇ space to treat indirect hernia with a miniature transverse incision under local anesthesia has a lot of advantages,such as better effect,less injury,shorter time recovery,easier operating,smaller and good-looking incision.
