不同酸对界面聚合法合成聚邻甲苯胺结构和性能的影响

Influence of Different Acids on the Structure and Properties of Interfacial Synthesized Poly(o-toluidine)

摘要 采用界面聚合法以邻甲苯胺为单体合成了硫酸、磷酸和醋酸掺杂态聚邻甲苯胺.通过红外光谱,粘度测定,X-射线粉末衍射,循环伏安,电导率测试等手段对质子酸掺杂聚邻甲苯胺进行了表征,讨论不同强度的酸对聚邻甲苯胺结构和性能的影响.结果表明,硫酸掺杂聚邻甲苯胺的分子量、结晶性、电化学活性和电导率最佳,而磷酸掺杂聚邻甲苯胺的各项性能最差. Poly(o-toluidine) doped with three different acids(sulfuric acid,phosphoric acid,acetic acid) were synthesized by using an interfacial synthesis method.The FT-IR,viscosity measurement,XRD,voltammetric studies and conductivity measurements were done to characterize the molecular structures,molecular weight,crystallinity and electrochemical behaviors of these polymers.The influence of different acids on the structure and properties of poly(o-toluidine) was discussed.The results showed that sulfuric acid doped poly(o-toluidine) had a higher quality on molecular weight,crystallinity,electrochemical behavior and conductivity.The properties of phosphoric acid doped poly(o-toluidine) were the worst.
