摘要
分析了目前医院耗材管理的现状,针对管理中存在的不足,介绍了一种医院耗材管理的新模式,如多部门紧密合作、现代化管理系统软件的科学应用、管理流程的改进等,为医用耗材完善的科学化管理提出了可行性建议。
A new management pattern for medical consumptive materials is introduced based on the analysis of the current management status and the management deficiency, which comprises such measures as cooperation among different divisions in a hospital, application of modern management software and improvement in management process.
