超临界CO_2流体处理对锦纶6纤维的影响 被引量:13

摘要 采用X射线广角衍射(WAXS)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和热失重-差式扫描量热(TAG-DSC)分析法,探讨了不同工艺条件(温度、压力、时间)下超临界CO2流体对锦纶6纤维结构、热稳定性和表面形态的影响。结果表明,不同工艺条件下的超临界CO2流体处理,可对锦纶6纤维的超分子结构、耐热性能、表面形态等产生一定程度的影响。 At different temperature,pressure and time,the effects of supercritical CO2 fluid treatment on the structure,thermo-stability and morphology of polyamide-6 fibers were investigated by WAXS,FT-IR,SEM and TAG-DSC.The results indicate that the supermolecular structure,thermo-stability and the morphology of nylon-6 fiber were changed in some degree at various treatment conditions.
