摘要
针对换热器管子-管板液压胀接中影响胀接效果的五个因素,利用ANSYS数值计算结果和相关理论分别对各影响因素进行了详细的讨论,通过计算和分析得出了相关影响因素的结论,可供科研和实际生产中参考。
Five factors influencing the quality of hydraulic expansion joints between tube and tube sheet of heat exchangers were discussed and analyzed based on simulation results obtained using ANSYS software and relevant theoretical principles.The conclusion may be taken as a reference for future study and actual application.
