摘要
目的：探讨氨酚羟考酮片联合氦氖激光治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛（PHN）的疗效.方法：62例PHN患者随机分为2组,治疗组35例,每次口服氨酚羟考酮片0.33g,bid联合氦氖激光治疗qd,疼痛部位照射15分钟,对照组32例,每次口服氨酚羟考酮片0.33g,bid治疗10 d后观察疗效及不良反应.结果：治疗组与对照组治疗有效率比较有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论：氨酚羟考酮片联合氦氖激光治疗PHN安全、有效.
Objective： Discusses the ammonia phenol hydroxy to test the alkone piece union helium neon laser treatment belt--shaped blister measles to lose neuralgia （PHN） the curative effect. Methods：62 example PHN patient divides into 2 groups stochastically,the treatment group 35 examples, each time takes orally the ammonia phenol hydroxy to test the alkone piece 0. 33g, bid union helium neon laser to treat qd,the ache spot shines 15 minutes,the control group 32 examples,after each time takes orally the ammonia phenol hydroxy to test alkone piece 0. 33g, bid to treat 10 d to observe the curative effect and responded not good. Results： Treats the group and the control group treats effectiveness comparison to have statistics significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The ammonia phenol hydroxy tests the alkone piece union helium neon laser to treat the PHN security effectively.
