Development of 2.4GHz Wireless Vibration Measurement System

摘要 针对桥梁、精密仪器等工程结构的低频振动监测问题,研制了一款短距离无线测量系统。利用MEMS器件实现了低频振动信号拾取。利用nRF24E1无线SOC单片机实现了振动信号的无线传输。利用Visual C++编写了PC机数据采集程序。实验表明该无线振动测量系统对于5 Hz以下的低频振动信号分辨力为0.2 mg,视距无线传输距离为30 m. A wireless vibration sensor network with star topology was developed.The vibration signal was acquired by a ADXL202 MEMS inertia sensor.The sampled signal was transmitted through nRF24E1 SOC wireless MCU.The 2.4 GHz modulated signal was then received by a sink node communicated with PC through RS-232 serial interface.A data processing module was programmed by Visual C++.The wireless measurement system was studied experimentally.The experimental results show that the vibration signal revolution is 0.2 mg below 5 Hz dynamic response,and the wireless transmitted distance is around 30 meters.The system developed can be used in vibration detection of bridge structure.
