This paper introduces the application of complex programmable logic devices（CPLD） and digital signal processor（DSP） in the switched reluctance motor（SRM） control system in detail.CPLD simplifies the system structure greatly,and advances the stability and dependability.Absolute photoelectric encoder can greatly improve the capability of interference suppress,which provides a solid hardware function for the advanced turn-off and advanced breakover at high speed running.
