摘要本文通过中国和20个创新型国家的内涵和外延特征及其评价指标体系进行了深入分析,围绕我国创新型国家建设目标,提出了创新型国家指标体系设计和主要特征指标。 Based upon an analysis of the characteristics and evaluation indicator systems of China and 20 innovative countries in the world, this paper presents a design of the indicator system as well as major indicators for China toward building itself into an innovative country.
