3种变电站碳钢接地网防腐蚀技术的现场应用对比研究 被引量:2

摘要 通过1年的现场接地网防腐蚀保护试验,并进行定期开挖观察,对比分析镀锌、缓蚀剂、外加电流阴极保护法及其联合保护的效果,并利用埋片计算腐蚀速率。结果表明外加电流阴极保护效果最好,接地网腐蚀速率由保护前的0.084 mm/a减小到0.01 mm/a左右,保护度达85%以上。 After one year's anti-corrosion field application test,with regular observation on excavating,the effects of galvanization, corrosion inhibition.impressed current cathodic protection and joint application of each other are comparatively analyzed.and corrosion rate is figured out by buried slide method.The results show that,the effect of impressed current cathodic protection is the best,the corrosion rate of substation ground grid decreases from the 0.084 mm/a before protection to about 0.01mm/a.percentage of protection is above 85%.
