摘要
目的:研究α-细辛脑对气管纤毛运动的影响,探讨其祛痰作用机理。方法:采用鸽子在体气管和家兔离体气管试验,设空白、阳性对照组及α-细辛脑高、中、低剂量组,以墨汁走距和运行速率作为气管纤毛运动指标,各试验组与空白对照组进行t检验,比较其组间差异。结果:给浅度麻醉的鸽子静脉注射α-细辛脑32mg/kg、16mg/kg、8mg/kg,墨汁走距分别为(1.17±0.12)cm、(1.15±0.17)cm和(1.13±0.15)cm,与对照组(0.94±0.16)cm相比,P分别为P<0.01,P<0.01,P<0.05,在家兔离体气管试验,α-细辛脑剂量为0.4mg/L、4mg/L和40mg/L时有增强墨汁运行速率,(P<0.05,P<0.01,P<0.01)。结论:α-细辛脑通过增强气管纤毛运动达到祛痰目的。
Objective:The purpose of this study was to discuss α Asarone mechanism of removing sputum Methods:Trachea cilia movement tests were conducted in vivo on pigeons and in vitro on rabbits.The distance the prepared Chinese ink covered and its velocity served as the guildeline of trachea cilia movement The tests seted up negative and positive groups and α Asarone high,middle,low dose groups,and each test group was compared with the nagitive one in t checkout Results:The prepared Chinese ink distances were respectively (1 17±0 12)cm,(1 15±0 17)cm,(1 13±0 15)cm on α Asarone with 32 mg/kg,16 mg/kg,8 mg/kg in low grade anesthetic pigon,iv which compared with the nagitive group, P <0 01, P <0 01, P <0 05 The velocity increased on the rabbit in vitro windpipe with the dose of 0 4 mg/L,4 mg/L and 40 mg/L of the drug ( P <0 05, P <0 01, P <0 01) Conclusion:α Asarone can remove sputum by increasing trachea cilia movement
