摘要
利用有限元模拟分析,研究了铝合金点焊在采用固定的预应力和变化预应力时,工件与工件间的应力分布状态。结果表明,工件间接触区域的半径比电极端面半经大;随着预应力的增大,工件间出现应力峰值的位置向对称轴方向移动。
The stress distribution in aluminium alloy workpieces after spot welding under fixed prestressing force and variational prestressing force was investigated by finite element simulation.The results show that the radius of contacted distribution area is larger than electrode radius.The position of stress peak value in workpieces removes to symmertry axis when the pre-stress increases.
