慢性脑缺血致血管性痴呆的研究现状 被引量:5

摘要 慢性脑缺血是山多种原因引起的长期脑血流低灌注,是血管性痴呆的主要原因之一。在实验研究中,多采用永久性结扎大鼠双侧颈总动脉(two—vessels occlusion,2VO)造模方法模拟临床慢性脑缺血,其痴呆发生率可达83%。
