摘要
介绍了清华大学与河南电力局合作开发的±20Mvar静止同步补偿器装置的运行监测与故障诊断系统的设计与实现。运行监测与故障诊断系统是整个装置正确、可靠运行的必要保证,起着运行信息管理中心的作用,文中对其硬软件构成和系统功能进行了说明。现场测试表明它对提高装置性能和可靠性具有重要作用。
The operation monitoring and fault diagnosis system (OMFDS) for the +20 Mvar STATCOM installation developed by the collaboration between Tsinghua University and He'nan Power Bureau, is presented. Several reasons necessitate developing such a system. After investigating the unique position of OMFDS in the whole installation, this paper studies its hardware architecture, software architecture, software architecture and various functions . Practical tests verify the validity of OMFDS in improving the performance of STATCOM installation.
